This is Part Two of the favourite Authors.
More books that can be picked up and read in one or two sittings. I like good plots with plenty of twists and turns. It’s always good to be kept guessing right until the end. I buy new releases from these authors as soon as they get listed on Amazon.

Linwood Barclay, (Amazon Author link here).
There’s no central character that appears in every novel he’s written but he’s a master thriller writer. I did get irked when I came to the end of Broken Promise which turned out to be Part 1 of a trilogy. Because I then had to wait for the conclusion in books 2 and 3 of the Promise Falls trilogy to be published.
The Jack Reacher Series, always a quality read about a retired military police officer. As he travels the USA with no baggage, no home and lots of principles. 22 books from 1997 onwards with Past Tense due late 2018
